🎄December Holiday Season Update🎄
Our last day to process orders before Christmas will be by end of day on Thursday 22nd December. Orders placed after this date will be process on 28th and 29th December. Any orders placed after the 29th will be processed on Tuesday 3rd January.
ORDER PROCESSING
We process orders from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 3:30 PM UK standard time. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the following business day. We do not process orders on UK bank holidays.
SHIPPING
All Domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
All International orders will be shipped via DHL Express Commerce. We will supply a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
** Please note that custom charges are not included in our shipping costs. Custom charges are at the discretion of the receipting countries customs agency.

RETURNS
There is a 14 day window upon receipt to return any item. Returned items must be sent in an untampered condition, unopened/unused and in their original product packaging. The original shipping cost and customs charges, if any, are not refundable.
Once items are received and approved, the return will be processed within 14 days back to the original form of payment.

Please note: Our products are sensitive to temperatures. Always handle them with care and store them in a cool, dry place so that they arrive back to us in the same condition that you received them. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing once we have received your return.
